Services & Orders
We may withdraw, cancel, or refuse services at our discretion, including cases of misuse or unlawful activity. We aim to provide accurate information, but we cannot be held liable for errors, website downtime, or delays beyond our control (e.g. courier or supplier issues).
Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by OG Prints remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our products and designs may not be copied, adapted, or used for commercial purposes without permission. Customers who supply their own designs are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to use and reproduce them.
Customer Conduct
We expect respectful use of our services. Unlawful behavior, harassment, bullying, spam, or promotion of harmful content is not tolerated. Accounts or services may be disabled or refused if these rules are broken.
Liability
We take care to produce high-quality products; however, we are not liable for indirect losses, misuse of products, or damage caused outside of our control. Our goods come with the consumer rights provided by New Zealand and Australian law.

OGPrints may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the latest version.

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in brand-new condition with all original packaging. Returns are accepted if:
Custom or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
To start a return, please contact us at info@ogprints.com.au with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
